This blog tells my story through the thick and the thin ( my mission to get a little thinner at least), richer and poorer ( hopefully for the richer) , sickness and health ( praying for health) , my favourite city in the world ( I have been to a few, and Cape Town just cannot be beat) and of course the challenges of just being me.
