If you didn’t know it was there, you’d walk right by without a second glance. It was simply by chance that I happened to notice this gem of a store. Across the road from the Biscuit Mill. It’s a world of old, made new again. REcreate.

I certainly wouldn’t mind a few of these creative creations in my home. Proudly South African chic, these guys could take anything and find it a new function. I have to commend them on their  imaginative and original style. Who would have thought of turning suit cases into chairs, scales into clocks, typewriters to desk lights, old petrol tanks to floor lights and then some? Certainly not I.
